Disliked Toilets were filthy, generally the whole place wasn’t very clean

From the manager: Thank you for your review, Stephen. We are pleased to hear you liked having the swimming pool on site. We are sorry to hear you felt the toilets and general cleanliness were not as they should have been during your stay. The facilities are cleaned and checked regularly throughout the day, but during very busy periods they can unfortunately be left in a poor condition very quickly by some guests between cleans. Crows Nest was extremely busy over the bank holiday period, and the weather conditions were also against us, with more mud and mess being carried around the site and into the facilities than usual. While our team work hard to keep on top of the park, cleanliness also relies on guests using the facilities respectfully and leaving them as they would hope to find them. Thank you for your feedback.
