From the manager: Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback, James. We’re sorry to hear that your stay did not meet your expectations. Our main toilet and shower facilities are locked overnight from 8pm until 8am, although we do have a smaller toilet facility available 24 hours a day and the disabled is never closed. We are looking into a security fob system which would allow customers to access the toilets 24 hours a day, while still helping us prevent misuse of the facilities. We understand you found the fob deposit inconvenient, however it is a refundable security deposit. We’re disappointed that you won’t be returning, but we do appreciate your comments as they help us review and improve the experience we offer our guests.
