Our main toilet and shower facilities are locked overnight from 8pm until 8am, although we do have a smaller toilet facility available 24 hours a day and the disabled is never closed. We are looking into a security fob system which would allow customers to access the toilets 24 hours a day, while still helping us prevent misuse of the facilities. We understand you found the fob deposit inconvenient, however it is a refundable security deposit. We’re disappointed that you won’t be returning, but we do appreciate your comments as they help us review and improve the experience we offer our guests.
