Liked Excellent Customer service, clean well maintained site, secure site with entrance/exit barrier and plenty of night lighting. Toilet/ shower blocks are excellent. Children play area, football net and basketball net on site. Shop for essential information and products. Laundry room with ironing facilities. Really enjoyed this site as a couple bringing the family next year due to being overall site facilities. A few miles away from supermarkets such as Morrison, Sainsbury's and Marks and Spencers. Near Weymouth beach.

Liked Great pitch, wonder views of this beautiful part of Wales. New shower and toilet block are excellent. The added laundry area was a great addition, with freezer for ice packs. Very clean and well kept site. Martha was inviting and wonderful as ever. Great customer service. Thank you and see you again.

Liked Absolutely everything, the owners are wonderful, helpful and friendly. The Lodge was brilliant and had everything we needed. Our favourite place to stay in Devon and we cannot wait to stay again. Thank you for all your hospitality and making our stay more precious Shaun and Dave.

Liked Everything, always love staying here, great hospitality and owners Dave and Shaun. Always makes us all feel welcome, great views, a few minutes walk to the local shop, a few miles to either Crediton or Oakhampton. Not far to the beautiful Devon/dorset coastlines.

Liked Everything- great property, great location and fabulous owners. Thank you Dave and Shaun, we always love staying at your site and hopefully continue to do so over time. Location is near Devon, with Exeter city, Sidmouth and Exmouth less than an hour drive away. Nearest towns are Crediton (with train station) and Oakhampton. Local shop Co-op within 5 minute walk from site. Nearest supermarket within 20 minutes. Our favourite location in Devon and cannot get better owners as Dave and Shaun.

Liked We loved it. Absolutely everything, 💯 percent. I been going on camping holiday since the 1980s when I was age 10, I remember when campsites had all the facilities , the right atmosphere and friendly owners which filtered down to all the staff members. I felt like this here, We felt welcomed from the moment we arrived, always treat as a valid guest during our stay to the moment we left, Facilities- This site has got the best facilities including more than enough update shower cubicle, which are spacious and always maintained by a hard working team. The Ladies and Mens washrooms / toilets are separated, always clean and had touch free taps and plenty of sinks. This site has not only has a Washing up area, for those dishes but also has a separate Laundrette room , which including a Coffee vending machine. Bar, shop and the Freindly Team - A bar which served food and a well stocked shop, which was managed by a couple of wonderful receptionists, who were friendly and helpful which filtered all the way down to the whole of the Castle brake team. The Pitches- The pitches were all well maintained, with electric points and water taps right by each and every pitch, including night sensor lights. Surrounding- We enjoyed this site so much as it was very peaceful and had great countryside views, there are lovely walks to explore and only a short drive to the beaches and Exeter city centre. Lasting impression- We cannot wait to return and didn't want to leave. Thank you so much Team Castle Brake and see you all again, Jay and Sally xx

Liked Pitch - Spacious and wonderful scenery from any pitch on this site. Facilities - 2 Washing up areas, plenty of bins to dispose rubbish, 2 spacious shower cubicle, very clean and well maintained site Also the location of this site was just a short drive away from Criccieth, Porthmadog, Carnarvon, Bangor , Abersoch Beech, Nefyn beech and many more delightful places including a 45 - 60 minutes driveaway from Llanberis and Aisle of Anglesey. Hospitality was excellent and both Nikki and Paul are friendly, helpful and approachable. Can't wait to return.

Liked Hospitality - fabulous Pitch - Spacious and wonderful scenery from any pitch on this site.
