Liked Site location near Heacham Beach and next to open fields with a variety of wildlife. Hares, partridges, pheasants, deer, red kites and even a barn owl perched on our van. Great walks to Hunstanton, Wild Ken Hill and Snettisham. Staff welcoming and helpful. Simon with his owls brought an added dimension to our appreciation of the wild life. Disliked Facilities, rustic and tired with a screaming fan in the gents. No hot washing water in gents, no hooks to hang clothing. Shower head difficult to position in ladies
