Fort Augustus, Highlands and Islands, Scotland
Unpowered gravel and concrete caravan site
Liked Location to Fort Augustus
Disliked Impressive entrance lead to a bleak gravel car park around a communal green area, toilets and showers looked grotty with only a couple unlocked. Although we prepaid we decided not to stay and chose a nearby loch side lay-by.

Unpowered grass site
Liked The Osprey field has fantastic views over Rutland water, great welcome at the gate to a friendly and relaxed site with loads of space and limited restrictions. The toilet and shower block is very new and high quality with a back to back design where one half is opened as and when demand is high. Easy to walk down to the path that runs to Normanton.

Sutton on Sea, Lincolnshire, England
Powered concrete and grass caravan site
Liked We had an end pitch, super spacious and quiet. Checking in was easy, very friendly and guided us to the pitches. Toilets and showers were super clean.
Disliked Fair walk to the showers (TBF it was mentioned in the listing), 50p for five minute showers (TBF it was mentioned in the listing), if I had read the listing properly, would still have booked and been better prepared!
