Non mi è piaciuto Impressive entrance lead to a bleak gravel car park around a communal green area, toilets and showers looked grotty with only a couple unlocked. Although we prepaid we decided not to stay and chose a nearby loch side lay-by.

A superb site and my new favourite.
lug 2026 Mi è piaciuto The Osprey field has fantastic views over Rutland water, great welcome at the gate to a friendly and relaxed site with loads of space and limited restrictions. The toilet and shower block is very new and high quality with a back to back design where one half is opened as and when demand is high. Easy to walk down to the path that runs to Normanton.

A decent site and excellent value for money.
mag 2026 Mi è piaciuto We had an end pitch, super spacious and quiet. Checking in was easy, very friendly and guided us to the pitches. Toilets and showers were super clean.
Non mi è piaciuto Fair walk to the showers (TBF it was mentioned in the listing), 50p for five minute showers (TBF it was mentioned in the listing), if I had read the listing properly, would still have booked and been better prepared!
