From the manager: We’re pleased you enjoyed the beautiful views, spacious site and children’s play area. We would, however, like to clarify some points for future guests. We do provide chemical toilet disposal points, but we have never advertised a hose for cleaning chemical toilets or a facility for refilling caravan/motorhome water tanks. Our site is supplied entirely by a natural spring, not mains water, so our water is limited, particularly during the current hosepipe ban and prolonged dry weather. We also do have showers on site. Guests simply need to call or message the number provided to receive the access code, and these are regularly used by our other campers. We are also confused by the ratings, particularly 10/10 for Wi-Fi when we do not provide or advertise Wi-Fi, and 1/10 for customer service despite no customer-service issue being mentioned. This suggests there may have been some misunderstanding when completing the scores. We welcome genuine feedback, but feel it is important to correct information about facilities that were never advertised as part of the booking, so future guests are not misled.
