Disliked Having to pay £1 for 2 minutes in the one of only 2 showers on the site given the cost paid of over £30 per night (which is on the high side) toilets are very basic

Liked If you get the opportunity to stay at this campsite you will not be disappointed, from the very friendly reception on arrival to the facilities on site. There’s a lot of pride being put into the enjoyment for their customers, I wish every campsite i stayed on was as good as this

Disliked Only one mail shower that I could see, water in the shower was cold and apparently been reported multiple times The toilet and shower facilities are in good modern condition

Liked From the second we arrived the owner who lives on site came and introduced himself, super friendly and very helpful The site is well spaced out, with freshly made hard standing areas An ideal site at the side of the M6 on the Scotland/English border Great quality facilities on site too

Liked I’ve stayed at this site previously and never hesitate to return when I’m in the area , i didn’t eat at the pub on this occasion but I have in the past and it’s always been great Everything works on site, well managed and great for all sizes of vehicles with no height or width restrictions on approaching Great Wi Fi , barrier for entry and exit

Liked I’ve stayed at this site previously and never hesitate to return when I’m in the area , i didn’t eat at the pub on this occasion but I have in the past and it’s always been great Everything works on site, well managed and great for all sizes of vehicles with no height or width restrictions on approaching Great also for children with a modern children park area with swings etc Good free WiFi and barrier to enter and exit

Liked Our first visit From the second we arrived until the minute that we left the site was perfect The lady who checked us in was extremely friendly, and extremely helpful There’s a reason why this site has won an award from pitchup and it shows
