Liked Nearby to Colmar and on the edge of a lovely town called Neuf-Briasch

Disliked Mostly everything else. Arrived just after reception closing time to a not very friendly reception. Out pitch was easily 40m from the nearest electric hook up point which was on the other side of the road. Thankfully our friendly Dutch neighbour lent me his long lead for the night. Pitches not marked out or numbered very well making it difficult to site up properly. After many years of camping I can honestly say these were the worst toilet / washing / shower facilities I have ever encountered. I’m not a complainer just get on with it, but washing your dishes next to someone washing their hair is a new one. This is because the showers were terrible and very dated. Oh and it’s a different gate code to exit the site than it was to enter, which I was supposed to know according to the non friendly receptionist. The French can be a bit abrupt I know but she had a real issue

Liked Close to Neuf-Briesach, which has lovely restaurants, supermarket and bus stop servicing Colmar and Germany.

Disliked Place seriously run down - around 50% of ablutions were out of order and seemed to have been for a while.

Disliked Sanitair: koud douches en koud water om af te wassen.
Wc zijn zonder wc-bril,geen voldoende verlichting op de wc en douche.
De camping plaats zelf: zand en keiharde grond( stenen)
Uitval heel de camping zonder elektriciteit.
's avonds geen verlichting op de camping.

Disliked Renovierungsbedürftige ,nicht sehr saubere Sanitäranlagen, schlechte Beleuchtung auf dem Platz, relativ kleine Stellplätze, Acsirabatt konnte nicht gewährt werden wegen Onlinebuchung über Portal

Liked Atendimento da equipe é excelente. Piscina muito boa e bem cuidada. Limpeza dos banheiros excelente. Boa área para lavar louça e roupa. Silencioso .

Disliked Não tem wi-fi. É MUITO ruim. Faz muita falta. Precisam reformar alguns banheiros. A máquina de lavar roupas é pequena. É muito desagradável banheiros muitos. Faz falta a lanchonete aberta fora do verão e um mini mercado e padaria no local.

Liked Within easy walking of beautiful town, very quiet and peaceful site. Facilities let it down. No separate washing up and personal hygiene sinks in the block we were near and other block closed for maintenance. Staff very good.

Disliked Washing up right next to someone cleaning their teeth. Only one toilet available in the men’s room, others closed for maintenance .

Liked Bar area at night - Enjoyed bottle of wine. Pitch for Motorhome was ok and plenty to choose from as site wasn’t that busy.

Disliked Pool was closed - Originally booked as had pool - Only found out closed at check in. Food van in evening, food not that great unfortunately. Shower/Washing facilities very outdated and one block not that clean.

Liked Plenty of amenities on site, friendly staff who speak both French and English. Facilities are clean and tidy

Disliked Noisy guests. On our second night a large group of guys arrived fairly late and were make noise and talking loudly until the early hours of the morning. Nothing was done to quiet them down. I’m sure on the booking it said large same sex groups aren’t accepted and after 10pm should be quiet time.
