Liked Quiet site. 180 degree view from our pitch of mountains. Sanitary block kept very clean throughout the day. Bread in the morning was great.

Liked Great views of the mountains and the river. Friendly campsite, manager changed our pitch to shorten the walk to the facilities, without being asked.

Liked Victorian walled garden gives this site a lovely feel, as well as keeping the wind out. Friendly welcome and an extensive choice of whisky available in the camp shop. Facilities were fine, clean and warm. Seeing a red squirrel running along the fence next to our pitch was fantastic.

Liked Tranquil site, facilities were very clean, warm and everything worked perfectly. Stunning views across the Firth of Forth. A warm welcome from the owner who made sure we had all the information we needed about the surrounding area.

Disliked It was hard to find as the postcode covers a wide area, however, the reservation message does warn about this so we should have realised earlier. Following Google Maps worked very well though.

Liked Very clean amenities, plentiful hot water. Friendly people running the site. Peaceful setting, a pleasant walk to Chesil beach about 3.5 miles away along footpath/bridleway. Vending machines on site looked like they offered a wide variety of good quality food, saved that for next time.
