Unpowered concrete and grass motorhome site
Liked Great welcome and plenty of information on local area, pubs etc. Nice level hard standing, water and CDP close by. Site small and very quiet. Managed a 4 mile walk from the site gate but weather was against us so took 30 minute drive into Conway which is well worth a visit. Full TV signal which is unusual in rural area.

Unpowered grass and earth site
Liked Quiet and peaceful setting. Trevor and Caroline where great explaining where everything is located for servicing our van. The pitches are near perfectly level with water and chemical disposal close by. Even a little toilet and wash basin for our use next to the house.
Locally there are walks using the very quiet lanes and a Garden Centre with cracking cream teas. Along the river is woodland walking, great for dogs although muddy due to rain when we stayed.
Disliked The access to the farm is along a typical narrow Devon lane. It's very little used and only 3/4 mile from the A381. Definitely not suitable for anything larger than our Ducato panel van conversion.

Powered grass caravan site
Liked Location 1/4mile outside of village on top of cliffs. Shop and pubs in village. Pitches are flat and with easy access to coast path. Facilities are a bit spread out toilets and showers about 200m from pitches and a bit dated but still clean. Nice walk north along cliff to St Abbs or even the light house for keen walkers. I did 11.5miles for a round trip to lighthouse. Price of pitch is about right for facilities available, we didn't use the entertainment/bar facility but access is included in pitch fee.
Disliked Nothing much, only suggestion would be labelling at refuse area to make it clear what to put in each of the waste and recycling bins.

Powered concrete slab motorhome site
Liked Lovely remote location. Good views over loch and very quite.
Disliked Nothing. Just be aware the public road leading to the site is pot holed so needs to be taken slowly. As it looks to be a public road it's not the farmers fault.
