Liked We were unable to stay

Disliked 1 night stay. Forgot the tent. Reception staff advised I'd have to pay £15 administration charge and £10 to sleep in my ford connect van. Which was going to be parked alongside the tent anyway. However when I laughed and said I forgot the tent and would have to sleep in the van they declined and said I had to pay extra £25

From the manager: On your day of arrival, you came to book in at the reception, and explained that you had not been able to find your tent and that you would need to stay in your Van. This was not a problem, whatsoever. However, as we explained the booking that “you” had made, would now need to be amended to a NE (non-electric), because you would have needed to be in the top-field to accommodate your van. It is clearly stated on your booking information that any amendments incur a £15 admin fee. You said that you were not happy with this and the words you used were “stick it” After being verbally abusive to us, you then walked out of reception. Despite your rudeness, we did not cancel your booking we left it open, for the rest of the day, on the assumption that you might have calmed down and changed your mind about staying.
