Unpowered grass caravan site
Liked Fantastic pub. Lovely staff, great beer and a wonderful vibe. Great location for cross country travellers. Campsite was excellent with level pitches. Showers were spotless and hot - guess what, no time limited buttons either, just a grown up shower!
Disliked Only, very small issue for light sleepers could be the road noise. I suggest a few more pints and you’ll not notice….

Liked Absolutely charming site with lots of thoughtful touches. We stayed in our campervan and found a nice, level spot. Zoe came to say hello and couldn’t have been more friendly and welcoming. Loads of space, lovely views and plenty of walks. A big sandy “beach” for children to play in. This is a natural, back to nature site so if you are looking for modern shower blocks and bordered hard standing pitches, this isn’t for you. The showers and compost loos worked well, thoughtful touches like laminated maps and guides for the walks plus an honesty shop selling home made produce, honey and fresh eggs. Firepits are provided along with logs if you fancy that. It is a great stopover for us when travelling away, we loved it and will be back.

Liked Lovely location. Short walk through fields to the beautiful medieval town. Small supermarket within walking distance with a Super U hypermarket 5 mins drive away. Lovely swimming pool next door that is free to use. Pitches are level and a good size, spotless loo and shower block. Owners are very friendly and relaxed. Take away pizza service on site - good value and tasty.
Highly recommended.

Liked Very friendly team, lovely surroundings. Nice bar and restaurant- a bit expensive for what you get but we tend to cook for ourselves usually. Menu obviously geared to families with young children which is fair enough.

Liked Wonderful site, spotless and clearly highly cared for by the owners. Obviously, a special emphasis on children but lots of quiet corners. Madame Cotty couldn’t have been more welcoming, our ferry was delayed and so we didn’t arrive until well past the official opening time but no problem. Highly recommended as a stopover either before or after the ferry crossing but also a lovely base if you’re exploring northern Brittany.

Liked Small site, huge pitches, very clean facilities and lots of hot water. Charming couple who run the site which is a new venture for them. They admitted that they are finding their feet but, based on our experience, the place will only get better - recommended for those seeking peace and quiet.

Liked Absolutely charming place. The hosts couldn’t have been more welcoming. It has a wonderfully bohemian feel and the atmosphere is relaxed and friendly. Families with young children played in the woods and sounds of chatter and laughter filled the air. Wholesome, simple group activities like meet the animals, bracelet making or bring your own food barbecues are laid on most days. The communal cooking area is a great place to meet and chat to fellow international travellers. To cap it all, we were able to buy home made bread, delivered still warm in the morning - delicious!
If you want a pristine modern site, this isn’t for you, we however, found it utterly adorable- thank you x
