Liked Beautifully peaceful location. Generous pitches. Big skies, birds and wild flowers. So relaxing. Clean showers and toilets with plenty of hot water. Lovely outdoor washing up area.

Liked A lovely, quirky, relaxed and natural campsite..doesn't feel quite right to describe it as a campsite, more a tucked away little corner of a wild garden. So peaceful, lots of birdsong. Delightful.

Liked Fantastically dramatic clifftop location!! Castle and seaview were amazing! Lovely walk into Portpatrick via coastal path. Excellent toilets and showers.

Liked Great location (as we were on SWC 300 stayed one night only). Loved access to the beach. Showers and toilets excellent. Site was very quiet but it was very early in the season.

Disliked Pitches a bit close together and on the small side.

Liked Nice countryside location, short walk to shop, pubs and cafe. Pitches very generous, pick your own spot. Lovely to be able to have a camp fire! Quiet, a little road noise but not obtrusive. Loved the cows and donkeys! Facilities basic but adequate (plenty of hot water). Would stay again.

Liked Beautiful, quiet location. Toilets and showers were excellent, clean, roomy, chair in shower room, hooks to hang clothing. Hot and powerful shower. Washing up facilities good. Able to choose pitch.

Liked Beautiful, quiet meadow location. Very generous pitches. Clean facilities. Friendly helpful owner. Wildlife haven...spotted deer and buzzards. Heard a tawny owl. Fantastic dark skies for star gazing! So relaxing.

Disliked Showers were lovely and warm 1st morning but seemed cold on the 2nd...I'm sure Richard will have this in hand as it's only his first year.

Liked Beautiful, peaceful and quiet site. Well organised. Facilities clean and well looked after. Good location for walking or visiting local towns. Eggs delicious! Lovely to watch sheep and cows too. Sound of skylarks and curlews made it even more special.

Liked Mandale is in a beautiful, peaceful location. Lots of space, level pitches, campfires allowed. Very quiet with lots of lovely walks nearby. Friendly staff. I love it!
