Awesome beachfront spot! Spacious, tidy sites & great staff. Handy to town and on-site eats. Some found loos grubby in peak times. Wi-Fi cost, iffy power, and little shade on some sites were gripes. No pool.

Disliked A fuir Camping bruyant des camps d’adolescents (surtout allemands) qui hurlent jusque tard dans la nuit Impossible de dormir.
Mobil-home très mal équipé : pas de cafetière, vaisselle manquante, équipements de base absents. Propreté minimale, on a l’impression que le ménage n’a pas été fait sérieusement.
Clairement pas à la hauteur du prix payé. Nous sommes partis un jour plus tôt de Je déconseille fortement ce camping

Disliked NIENTE. Accoglienza pessima. Personale antipatico e indisponente. Maleducati e guardie notturne pessime.
IL mare è bellissimo, ma se dovessi tornare in Costa Brava DI SICURO non torneró in questo camping.

Disliked La verdad es que es elmoeor camping que hemos estado. La limpieza horrible. Pasaban a cambiar papeleras, que no containers una vez al día.

Disliked Très mauvaise accueil,nous fait sentir que nous ne sommes pas les bienvenus très cher tout et en plus,(courant,wifi ect..)très bruyant, toute la nuit ,un seul point de sanitaire et très sale
Je déconseille fortement.

Local attractions

There’s lots to keep active families occupied around Platja d’Aro. There are a couple of tennis clubs within 10 minutes’ walk, Skatepark Platja d’Aro (15 minutes) for skateboarders, and rope courses or zipwires at Costa Brava Parc Aventura Platja d’Aro (five minutes’ drive). Teach the kids the basics of golf at Pitch and Putt Mas Torrellas (10 minutes) or while away the afternoon on the thrill rides at Pp’s Park Platja d’Aro (15 minutes’ walk). To see a little more of the region, rent a motorboat from the marina (five minutes) to explore beaches and hidden coves up and down the Mediterranean coastline. Should you feel the need to stir from beachfront Platja d’Aro altogether, head to historic Girona (40 minutes’ drive) to explore the labyrinthine El Call quarter, walk the ramparts for views of the cathedral and spot the city's Game of Thrones locations. Alternatively, spend the day in Barcelona (an hour and 15 minutes) to watch the street theatre on Las Ramblas, graze your way around the tapas bars of La Boqueria food market and tour Antoni Gaudí’s extraordinary Sagrada Família cathedral.
