Pitches

• A cable measuring at least 9 metres is needed for the electric hook-ups.

Extras

• A charge of €0.50 ($0.92) applies for the use of the shower.

Admission

• Admission is only permitted after registering at reception.
• All guests spending the night at the park must present their ID at the reception desk and sign registration forms.

General

• Bookings are nominative and non-transferable.

Vehicles

• Commercial vehicles (vehicles used for work-related purposes, carrying goods or fare-paying passengers) and sign-written vehicles are not permitted on site.

• Discount cards and gift vouchers cannot be applied to bookings made via Pitchup.com.

Dogs

• Dogs are not allowed during high season between 01/06 and 20/09.
• Dogs are not allowed if you are staying in the accommodation units.

• Entertainment and activities are available between 15/06 and 30/08.

Safety

• Firearms are not permitted.
• Fires, barbecues and/or firepits will not be permitted in dry, windy and/or hot weather conditions.

Occupancy

• Group bookings of 1 or more units (e.g. tent, caravan, motorhome or accommodation hire) travelling together are not permitted via Pitchup.com.

Hired accommodation

• Hired accommodation: €110.00 ($201.82) damage/cleanliness/bracelet deposit is required on arrival and will be refunded on departure after inspection of your unit should no damage/losses be found.

General

• In the event of a complaint, please speak to reception immediately. Complaints which are not brought to the management's attention during your stay cannot be dealt with once you have left the site.

Extras

• Motorbike(s) can be brought instead of the car(s) included.

• No cars/motorbikes by the pitch/unit. All cars must be parked in the designated area.

Safety

• No charcoal barbecues allowed.

Occupancy

• No hen/stag parties permitted via Pitchup.com.

Arrivals and departures

• No refunds/discounts for inclement weather, late arrivals or early departures.

• Only one parent/child pair at a time may use each structure in the play area.
• Open fires are prohibited.

• Please pick any available pitch on arrival.

• Quiet (afternoon) hours must be respected between 2 p.m. and 4 p.m..
• Quiet hours must be respected between 11 p.m. and 7 a.m..
• Radio, music and TV players must be kept at a low volume. Car doors and boots must be closed quietly.

Reception

• Reception is open from 8 a.m. to midnight and from to between 01/05 - 15/06 and 01/09 - 20/09.
• Reception is open from 8 a.m. to noon and from to between 01/05 and 20/09.
• Reception is unmanned after 8 p.m.. Please inform the campground while on your way there should you expect to arrive after this time so that the team can provide information about your unit/site.

General

• The bar is open between 01/05 and 21/09.

Occupancy

• The campground/park caters for families (immediate members) and couples only - bookings from all other forms of groups are not accepted.

• The campground/park is not liable for any refund in the event of force majeure.
• The management reserves the right to deny access or terminate the stay of those guests whose behaviour is deemed unsuitable. No refunds will be offered.
• The restaurant is open between 01/05 and 21/09.

• Under 18s must be accompanied by their parents or legal guardians.

• Units will be allocated on arrival.

Visitors

• Visitors’ cars are not permitted on site.
• Visitors must leave the premises by 10:30 p.m..
• Visitors must register at reception and pay their fee.

• You'll need an Environment Agency rod licence (you'll need to apply for this beforehand).

Pitches

• You must follow the management directives when pitching your tent/unit and related equipment.
