On-site accommodation

Pitches

• A cable measuring at least 15 metres is needed for the electric hook-ups.

Admission

• Admission is only permitted after registering at reception.

Safety

• Barbecues are permitted but must be raised off the ground and attended by an adult at all times.

Changes to your holiday

• Bookings cannot be amended within 30 day(s) of arrival.

Vehicles

• Commercial vehicles (vehicles used for work-related purposes, carrying goods or fare-paying passengers) and sign-written vehicles are not permitted on site.

Dogs

• Dogs are not allowed if you are staying in the accommodation units.
• Dogs are prohibited from main facilities and amenities.
• Dogs must be kept on leads and supervised at all times.

Safety

• Firearms are not permitted.
• Guests are advised to bring a good quality torch with them as parts of the campground/park are unlit.

Dogs

• Guide dogs are allowed on site free of charge.

General

• Hammocks are not permitted.

Hired accommodation

• Hired accommodation: a €280.00 ($558.19) damage/cleanliness/bracelet deposit is required within 0 days of arrival and will be refunded within 7 day(s) of departure after inspection of your unit, should no damage/losses be found.

General

• In the event of a complaint, please speak to reception immediately. Complaints which are not brought to the management's attention during your stay cannot be dealt with once you have left the site.

Changes to your holiday

• Modifications are subject to a €15.00 ($29.90) fee.

Extras

• Motorbike(s) can be brought instead of the car(s) included.

Arrivals and departures

• No refunds/discounts for inclement weather, late arrivals or early departures.

Vehicles

• No vehicle movement between 11 p.m. and 7 a.m..

• Open fires are prohibited.

General

• Please note that the toilet/shower facilities are unisex.

Reception

• Reception is open from 10 a.m. to noon and from 3 p.m. to 6 p.m. between 01/05 - 30/06 and 01/09 - 30/09.
• Reception is open from 9 a.m. to noon and from 2 p.m. to 7 p.m. between 01/07 and 31/08.

Pitches

• Sites: a €30.00 ($59.81) deposit is required on arrival and will be refunded on departure when returning the gate badge/barrier pass/toilet keys.

Arrivals and departures

• The campground/park will send you further check-in information 2 day(s) before your arrival.

Vehicles

• The charging of electric vehicles is not permitted on site.

General

• The management reserves the right to deny access or terminate the stay of those guests whose behaviour is deemed unsuitable. No refunds will be offered.
• This is a quiet campground/park: no music is allowed.

Admission

• Under 18s must be accompanied by their parents or legal guardians.

Visitors

• Visitors must register at reception and pay their fee.

Pitches

• You must follow the management directives when pitching your tent/unit and related equipment.

Hired accommodation

• Your unit must be left clean and tidy; a fine of €80.00 ($159.48) will be charged for unclean units upon departure.
