Camping and touring

Admission

• All guests spending the night at the park must present their ID at the reception desk and sign registration forms.

Dogs

• A valid vaccination certificate must accompany your dog.

General

• Bookings are nominative and non-transferable.

Changes to your holiday

• Bookings cannot be amended within 7 day(s) of arrival.

Dogs

• Dogs are prohibited from main facilities and amenities.
• Dogs must be kept on leads and supervised at all times.

Extras

• Facilities/activities including spa are subject to extra charges payable on arrival.

Safety

• Firearms are not permitted.

Occupancy

• Group bookings of 4 or more adults are not permitted (couples and immediate family members excepted).

Safety

• Guests are advised to bring a good quality torch with them as parts of the campground/park are unlit.
• If making a fire, the fuel, logs and coal have to be purchased on site.

Arrivals and departures

• If the reception is closed on arrival, please check in at the Bar.

General

• In the event of a complaint, please speak to reception immediately. Complaints which are not brought to the management's attention during your stay cannot be dealt with once you have left the site.

• Late arrivals must notify the park as soon as possible. Your booking will be held for 24 hours. After this period the management reserves the right to relet your unit.

• No charcoal barbecues allowed.
• No electric barbecues allowed.

• No refunds/discounts for inclement weather, late arrivals or early departures.

Vehicles

• No vehicle movement between 11 p.m. and 7 a.m..
• Only one car is to be parked by the pitch. Extra vehicles must be parked in the designated area.

Pool

• Only park guests are authorised to use the pool.

Safety

• Open fires are prohibited.
• Please do not touch or feed the animals.

General

• Please note that the toilet/shower facilities are unisex.

Pool

• Please note there is no lifeguard on duty.

• Please pick any available pitch on arrival.

Extras

• Please select an electric hook-up if you wish to hire a fridge.

General

• Quiet hours must be respected between 10 p.m. and 7 a.m..
• Radio, music and TV players must be kept at a low volume. Car doors and boots must be closed quietly.

Reception

• Reception is open from 9 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. and from 12:30 p.m. to 7 p.m. between 01/07 and 30/08.
• Reception is open from 9 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. and from 3:30 p.m. to 7 p.m. between 01/05 and 30/06.
• Reception is open from 9 a.m. to noon and from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. between 01/05 - 30/06 and 01/09 - 11/10.
• Reception is unmanned after 7 p.m.. Please inform the campground while on your way there should you expect to arrive after this time so that the team can provide information about your unit/site.

Occupancy

• Single-sex bookings of 6 or more people (couples and immediate family members excepted) are not permitted via Pitchup.com.

Pool

• Swimsuits are obligatory and swimming shorts or Bermuda shorts are not permitted.

General

• The bar is open between 01/05 and 30/09.

Dogs

• The campground only allows dogs up to 15kg.

• The campground/park is not liable for any refund in the event of force majeure.
• The grocery shop is open between 01/07 and 31/08.
• The management reserves the right to deny access or terminate the stay of those guests whose behaviour is deemed unsuitable. No refunds will be offered.

Pool

• The outdoor swimming pool is open between 01/05 and 20/10 (subject to weather conditions).

General

• The restaurant is open between 01/05 and 30/09.
• The sauna (and/or hammam) is open between 01/05 and 30/09.
• The wellness centre is open between 01/05 and 30/09.

Admission

• Under 18s must be accompanied by their parents or legal guardians.

Visitors

• Visitors’ cars are not permitted on site.
• Visitors must leave the premises by 11 p.m..
• Visitors must register at reception and pay their fee.

Pitches

• You must follow the management directives when pitching your tent/unit and related equipment.
