Unpowered grass campervan, tent or trailer tent site
Liked A lovely campsite! Able to pitch anywhere on the large field so we could get a big pitch with plenty of room for the children to run around and play football. Owners were really welcoming and helpful. Toilets and showers really clean. The kitchen was great, so helpful to have a fridge and kettle we could use. The views to the mountains were stunning. Recommend the "Codmother" chippy, about 10 mins walk away. We'd definitely go back!

Terry and Jane were very welcoming…
Unpowered grass campervan, tent or trailer tent site
Liked Terry and Jane were very welcoming on arrival and very helpful, explaining the rules of the campsite, all the facilities and where to go in the local area. Terry was super helpful in providing us with a hose pipe to fill up our camper as we didn’t have one!
The site is very cheap and located in a fantastic location that over looks the mountain range with two fields to choose from. Dogs are welcome and signs up saying they must be kept on leads but they were happy for well behaved dogs to be off lead proving we kept and eye on them and cleaned up and mess which we did. The campsite is very relaxed and a great place to chill and unwind. We spent 2 nights here but wish we stayed longer.
Fantastic beach and Forrest walks nearby.
Nice clean hot showers on site and a great little shed where you can charge your phone, make a hot drink and warm up food in the microwave! Perfect stay. We highly recommend to other guests!
Disliked Nothing that we didn’t dislike!

Disliked Limited use as the site is only open for one month of the year. We would like to return in Easter and they are only open through August.
