What customers say
Handy spot near Newton Stewart, with helpful staff. Toilets/showers generally clean, good pressure. Some felt it suited static vans better than tents, with cramped areas. Wi-Fi and waste disposal issues noted by a few. Park undergoing upgrades.

Power optional grass caravan site
Liked Toilets and showers very clean. A lot of broken caravans and pods just dumped in front of our caravan pitch, only about 8 touring pitches. Mostly static homes on this sight, no view, close to town and all amenities. There website is not much good .could not get booked threw it. Emailed the owner , but no reply, emailed again to see what to do when you arrive, no reply again. If booking phone them. Waste toilet and fresh water a little far away. WIF kept dropping in and out

Power optional grass tent site
Liked Friendly staff, convenient location, very clean.
Disliked It's more focused on caravans and statics rather than camping so if you are in a tent you may feel a bit out of place, although on the other hand some sites are caravan only so it's nice to have the option for camping.

Power optional grass caravan site
Liked It’s in Newton Stewart
Disliked Oh my, very basic and somewhat messy site. Lots of statics and white vans randomly parked. No view, toilets clean but very basic. Unable to get rid of grey waste or fill up with water.

From the manager: Thank you for taking the time to leave a review.
We're sorry that your stay did not meet your expectations.
We would like to clarify a few points for future visitors. Our touring pitches are regularly maintained and are not used for the storage of vehicles or equipment. The caravans and lodges on the park are privately owned holiday homes, which is typical of a mixed holiday and touring park.
We are also surprised by the comments regarding water and waste disposal facilities, as fresh drinking water is available for motorhomes, touring caravans and tents. In addition, we provide dedicated chemical waste disposal and grey water disposal points for touring guests.
We're pleased that you found the toilet facilities clean, although we appreciate that our small, family-run park offers more traditional facilities than some larger commercial holiday parks.
Thank you again for your feedback, and we wish you well with your future travels.

It's a SCRAP YARD
Power optional grass caravan site
Liked Being close to town
Disliked Being crammed in like sardines no privacy, work vans parked all over the place safety issues no 6mt rual, we were parked so close to the next van that his feet were in his doorway and his head was touching our van, tree stumps all over the place, the toilet block was old and in need of referbing it was a dump, with old caravan and pod just left rotting very expensive at almost £32 per night and had to pay to use the shower, will not be returning, be warned it's a scrap yard

From the manager: Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback, although we're sorry to read that you were disappointed with your stay.
We would like to clarify a few points for anyone reading your review. Guest safety is extremely important to us, and our touring pitches are laid out to comply with the required spacing regulations. We also manage vehicles on the park in accordance with our site rules.
Our shower facilities are coin-operated, and this is clearly stated on our Pitchup listing before booking. We appreciate that some guests prefer showers to be included in the pitch fee, while others prefer a lower nightly rate with optional usage.
We recognise that our facilities are of a more traditional style than those found on larger holiday parks, and while we continue to make improvements, our park is intentionally a small, peaceful rural site rather than a large commercial resort.
We're sorry that Creebridge Caravan Park wasn't the right choice for your stay and wish you well with your future travels.
