We’re sorry to hear that you chose not to stay with us. However, we must respectfully clarify that your description of the park is not an accurate reflection of our site.
Creebridge Caravan Park is a small, well-maintained and carefully managed park, and we do not have “abandoned vehicles” or unsafe conditions as suggested. We take both presentation and guest safety very seriously.
Our access and pitches are suitable for a wide range of touring units, including larger motorhomes, and we regularly accommodate them without issue. We are always happy to provide guidance on pitch suitability in advance, and encourage guests to contact us directly if they have specific requirements.
We believe there may have been a misunderstanding or that expectations did not align with the nature of our park, which is intentionally quiet, rustic, and traditional rather than commercialised.
We wish you well in finding a site that better suits your preferences.

A aimé Fantastic stay just what we needed. Near shops, walks and stunning views. Staff were amazing helpful but left you to enjoy your stay. Would defo stay again.

A aimé Close proximity to Newton Stewart. Staff on duty were very friendly and incredibly helpful.

N'a pas aimé Unfortunately the pitch was on grass, and given the amount of rain we had during our stay, the grassed area started turning to a soggy mess where we had walked, (especially at the Campervan door).
The site was littered with unused or damaged caravans, with the majority of the site being residential vans

A aimé Proximity to Main Street in Newton Stewart. Hot water in showers. Level pitch.

We’re currently investing a significant amount into improving and updating the park to ensure it remains a welcoming, well-kept place for our guests. The vehicle you mentioned is our caravan shunter — it’s used to move holiday homes around the park and, although it isn’t the most glamorous piece of equipment, it’s an essential tool for keeping the park running smoothly. We appreciate your comments and will continue working hard to enhance the look and feel of the site for everyone who visits.

A aimé Hot water, friendly staff. Good location on the edge of town and not far from Blandoch distillery.

N'a pas aimé Ok for a night stop if you're touring, but Creebridge has very little on offer to make you want to stay much longer.

A aimé Quiet area but lose to all the places we wanted to visit over the weekend . Owner was lovely and sorted our pitch out after a booking error. Toilets and shower area very clean
