Immaculately kept, peaceful site in a beautiful walled garden. Spacious pitches, free Paxton House grounds access. Guests love the tranquility, walks, and handy Berwick location. Toilet/shower block is limited when busy. Highly recommended for its stunning setting and relaxing atmosphere.

Could be really good but sloppy Maintenance just lets it down
Powered concrete and grass caravan site
Liked Nice site, lots of lovely walks around. Easy, friendly check in.
Disliked The site has 2 shower rooms, each with toilet and basin. During our stay one of the toilets wasn’t working and the toilet was left in a horrible state, the main refuse bin was overfull and some of the pitches are quite weedy.
Could definitely do with a bit more maintenance.
A few miles out of town with a negligible bus service so you need to use your vehicle.

Powered concrete and grass caravan site
Liked The whole site is well laid out and with plenty of pitches, which are all more or less flat. It's nice to have lots of apple trees around which you are allowed to eat.
Being in a walled garden also has the feeling of security.
Disliked The fact that there are only two toilets and showers for such a large site.

Liked Pretty little site. Well maintained.
Lovely walks.
Disliked Didn't like the fact that dishonest people can just drive on and not pay.
There were people who had paid and couldn't get a pitch because people had taken pitches and not paid.
A reg recognition barrier would save alot of the problems.
