What customers say
Buckland Field is a quiet, simple campsite near The Bell Inn. Guests love the friendly staff, great food, and fair prices. Enjoy country views and easy exploring. Clean showers (though £2 for 6 mins, temp can vary) and loos. Some noted flies, and it’s tricky for big motorhomes. Still, many found it good value and would come back.

Lovely quiet field, country surroundings and very friendly pub staff.
Unpowered grass tent site
Liked Peaceful, relaxing space to camp, with sounds of local birds and wildlife on a hit summer's evening. Pub staff very friendly and helpful. Prices good. There's a ping pong table and snooker and board games in a separate area of the pub.
Disliked Very hot shower, no knobs to turn to change temperature. Still, it was a big space to shower and get changed in.

Liked We had a lovely stay at Buckland Field, plenty of space with a great pub next door, everyone was really welcoming and friendly and we had a lovely meal there in the evening too. We would stay here again.
Disliked The only slight issue was there was no toilets in the field, it is only a couple of minutes walk to the toilet which was fine but there is just one. During the day/evening you can use the pub toilets though
