Liked: Great location. A jolly welcome from sue & her dog. Large space for the grandchildren to run around & play games. Great large & level pitch. No WiFi which was great for us, we were informed of this when we booked, but it wasn't a problem for us. Lovely walk to moors valley.
Disliked: The toilets were in a wooden shed, which the outside door wouldn't shut. The only good thing about the showers was, they were hot. The cubicle we went in the roof was just perspex tiles of which 1 had moved & left a large gap, there were brambles growing through the other tiles. The drains were either blocked or just slow to drain. My daughter had a shower after showering her daughter & the water was running out the shower door, down the step & out into the main entrance. There are only 2 ladies toilets & 4 showers for the whole of the site, so I can imagine it there would be long queues in peak season.

Happily come back to the sight for another visit.

Liked: Area facilities was lovely , great for dogs , very welcoming. Good sight for first time campers
Disliked: Not enough signs to direct around the camp site , could do with a mini paper map/ site map on the notice board at the front of the sight to give more guidance around the sight.

Liked: Beautiful campsite and really well maintained. Sue, the warden, absolutely lovely and nothing is too much trouble. All the staff are really friendly it’s surrounded with trees and more trees and is so peaceful just a divine tranquil re-energising gem of a spot. We brought our two dogs with us and there is a really neat dog walk allocated which is all fenced in and meanders around the campsite. Totally brilliant. Will definitely be staying here again as our stay was utterly perfect.

Liked: Beautiful flat field, lovely and quiet. Lovely location. Reception staff were so friendly and helpful. A really relaxed atmosphere to the whole place. Definitely will return. Beautiful walks around moors valley right on the doorstep. Can walk from site.

Liked: Open space, great location for exploring
Disliked: no wifi despite being advertised and the facilitaies weren't well kept and are in need of investment. The site is huge and could be amazing with some further investment.
