Liked: Location is edge of town & rural, great walks in to local amenities/towns. Nice walks, pubs and restaurants nearby. Site facilities adequate if none in your own vehicle; 1no M&F loos & 1 coin op shower. Alpacas and cows are the neighbours.

Liked: A peaceful retreat in immaculate surroundings. A pleasant 15 minute walk takes you into the centre of Barnoldswick which is well served with many restaurants, pubs, independent shops and cafes. The site itself has well spaced pitches, consequently, I'd guess maybe a dozen in total. Therefore, don't be put off by '2 toilets, 1 shower'. During our 4 night stay they were vacant when needed to use and always regularly cleaned. We recommend a 25 minute bus trip into Skipton if you have time. A beautiful market town with canal tours and many shops etc. (timetable attached in photos). You can have a pleasant walk to the canal in Barnoldswick from the site if you fancy a stroll. In summary, a beautiful site with a warm welcome from Christine and good local advice. Plenty of interesting amenities nearby. Can't wait to return.

Liked: Lovely quiet site, very clean and friendly.
Disliked: Only 1 shower and 2 toilets (1 ladies and 1 gents) which when there are 4 and 5 people on 1 pitch aren’t sufficient. Also the fact that the only wash basins are in the toilets and have no drinking water in either, not able to clean teeth… We left a day early.

Liked: Lovely quiet little site, alpacas to watch in their pen and spotted some calves in the shed, the site is a short walk into town and a short walk to the canal, only stayed for one night, great sized pitch and came with a picnic bench.
Disliked: Only 1 male, 1 female toilet, 1 shower.
The shower takes physical pound coins (coin operated for 6 minutes)
This is a working farm site, so expect the smells that come with a working farm.
FOLLOW THE INSTRUCTIONS FOR ARRIVAL - glad the owners put them on the advert!

Liked: We were greeted on arrival, and given a leaflet showing us how to get into town 10-15 minute walk) and to the canal( 10 min), it also told us about local amenities. We were then shown to our pitch. Nice small and quiet site but with spacious pitches.
2 toilets and 1 shower but we never had to wait for any. My grandson was in love with his neighbours, and loved look at the other animals too.

Liked: Small site that is very well kept and Christine is very friendly and helpful. I didn't read the instructions in a senior moment and approached from Skipton Road rather than Gisburn Road. I phoned Christine and she stopped traffic so I could negotiate the narrow lane without meeting something coming the other way!!
The site is on a working farm which personally we liked, but keep this in mind if you're going to dislike this.
The facilities are perfectly adequate for the size of the site and has washing up facilities.
The pitches are really well kept and all seemed level, with easy access to EHU posts.
The site is walking distance from Barnoldswick (Barlick to the locals) and this town is an absolute beauty of a place with a great community vibe and exceptionally friendly locals.
Easy driving distance of both Bowland and the Yorkshire Dales.
Our toddler absolutely loved the Llamas!
No WiFi onsite that I'm aware of but decent signal for tethering etc.
Disliked: Nothing!

Liked: A lovely small site with spacious pitches. The toilets were clean although there is only one ladies and one gents but this wasn’t an issue when we were there.
It’s a 20 minute walk into Barnoldswick and we found a couple of bars which allowed dogs and served food too.
