What customers say
A tidy, peaceful spot by streams. Friendly staff, great modern showers, and a handy spot near the M6/Lake District. On-site bar and local pub get a thumbs-up. Occasional road noise and pitch-to-facilities distance noted.

Absolute gem of a site
Powered grass tent site (six person)
Liked This is such a great campsite. This was out 2nd visit and is now our ‘go to’.
The campsite lies between a river and a stream, with stunning views all around - and less than 5 mins off M6.
On site there is a bar and a small shop offering (basics). The facilities are up there with the best I’ve seen - the toilets and showers are modern and clean. The latter being hot! There is also decent WiFi coverage and speeds.
The staff are beyond helpful and are friendly.
There’s no bustle, so I would recommend more for those who want to be surrounded by the noise of running water and birdsong.
Disliked Not found anything to dislike yet. Can’t imagine we will, but will keep going back ;-)
