What customers say
Peaceful, spacious site with generous, flat pitches. Good for kids with central play area. Generally clean facilities, popular vending machines. Owner Liz is a gem. Limited showers and occasional wind, but excellent value and a great base.

Good site with large pretty level pitches and clean facilities
Unpowered grass tent site
Liked The size of the pitches were well above my expectations esp as we were camping as a group so could actually have our tents facing towards each other instead of side by side like other places we’ve camped at .The coffee and vending machine area was a winner too especially when the kids wanted hot chocolate before bed.
Disliked The size of the toilets and only 2 showers available which would be an issue if the site had been much busier

Liked Fantastic site. Pitches are spacious, vending machines a lovely addition, communal fridges incredibly useful, toilets and showers well maintained. Also a great spot for dark skies, away from light pollution and not much traffic on the adjacent road.

Unpowered grass tent site
Liked Spacious pitches.
Disliked We left the day after arriving due to being moaned at as our children was making noise coming back from the toilet. Our children were excited to be camping with friends and it was ruined by the owner/manager.
This place is mot children friendly/family oriented.

Unpowered grass tent site
Liked Lovely level field, facilities were spotlessly clean, spacious pitches. Our first time camping on our own and Liz was so lovely and helpful. We had a brilliant time and will be back?
Disliked Nothing about the campsite. First night was spoilt by large group drinking and shouting late into night, but owner dealt with them well and second night was lovely and peaceful!
