What customers say

A top family spot with great activities, especially for kids. Guests love the entertainment, pool & friendly staff. Pitches are usually good. Some found loos/showers weren't spotless, and a few facilities were a bit old. A few also mentioned noise.

Liked The pitch was very nice.

Disliked The toilet and shower facilities were very dirty and smelly. The floor was constantly wet and dirty. The toilets didn’t flush well and were even broken. The showers were cold and very low, along with also being dirty. People left belongings in them. They didn’t seem to be clean in the few days we stayed.

Liked I do not recommend this site. The only saving grace is the entertainment was fantastic.

Disliked I was sited on a pitch to small that I didn't book. (My booking was made with Pitch up not Park Dean) when reported to staff they said that's all they have. I was picking up litter every morning, the shower blocks where dirty the same razor was in the cubical for four days until I put it in the bin. There was not any water to wash up, a small dribble then nothing the same for washing your hands. In the shower the water scolded me so I didn't allow my child to have one.

The pool area was dirty and unkept

There was graffiti of a sexual nature in the child's park all of the above was reported to staff.

Liked Nothing

Disliked On a week before we would be travelling, I booked two nights (8th and 9th August) for a campervan hardstanding pitch £150 (!). Great Yarmouth. Expensive but I thought at such short notice, I should expect to pay more.
Anyway, the very next day we had a family matter that meant we would not be able to go to the site at all.
I tried every which way to contact them to see if , as I only booked it yesterday, I could get any refund at all.
I could not contact them at all. Their phone number eventually tells you to contact them on line. The on line link does not work.
I tried every day in case this was just a glitch in their IT. It wasn’t. I think they deliberately do it so customers cannot get in touch. I realise their site says no refunds but, as I had only just booked I hoped there would be a chance.
Extremely frustrating and expensive experience. I will never book with them again and advise you not to.

Local attractions

Gorgeous Great Yarmouth, stretches of sandy beach and the Norfolk Broads are all within easy reach of Vauxhall Holiday Park. Start off with the Pleasure Beach and racecourse of this seaside town, browse around its market or take the kids to nearby adventure park BeWILDerwood for a bedazzling day out among the zipwires and Crocklebogs. As well as the Broads, Norfolk has loads to see and do, whatever floats your boat: classic golf courses, more seaside towns at Cromer and Hunstanton, historical pads like Blickling Hall and the royal residence of Sandringham, and the Nelson Museum and award-winning Time & Tide Museum, both at Great Yarmouth. For steam fans, there's a pick of four heritage railways to sightsee while sitting, including the 18-mile Bure Valley route through the Broads and the longest heritage railway in East Anglia, the Mid-Norfolk Railway. Birdwatchers can get their beaks into several RSPB and nature reserves all around: start off at the oldest Norfolk Wildlife Trust reserve in the county, Cley Marshes, then take a trip to the biggest at Hickling Broad. Head south to Suffolk for the seaside town and beach huts of Southwold, the Suffolk Heritage Coast and Anglo-Saxon burial at Sutton Hoo, or into Essex for the historic town of Colchester, Epping Forest and another seaside resort at Southend-on-Sea.
