  • Peaceful park with fishing on the banks of the River Teme
  • A 10-minute drive from Ludlow and 30 from Hereford
  • Haven for hikers and birdwatchers; dog friendly; fishing for a fee
Make yourself comfortable at Westbrook Farm Park, a family-friendly site in Little Hereford, a 10-minute drive from the foodie town of Ludlow in Shropshire. This pretty site is on the banks of the Teme River, and is well placed for waterside explorations: there's over half a mile of river for fishing (an additional fee is required), waterside walks (with or without canine companions) and idle times on the site seating or around the picnic tables. Keep your eyes peeled too to spot the birds that flit all around; ducks, herons and kingfishers all have their homes here. Venturing into the surroundings, there are hikes, bike rides and horse riding canters to tackle: the site is 15 minutes from the Grafton Farm Equestrian Centre and walking and cycling trails in the Mortimer Forest, and 20 minutes form Wheely Wonderful Cycling, 20 minutes away. If none of this appeals, an information hut next to reception is full of suggestions for places to see and places to eat and drink nearby... send the kids to the playground, and settle down with a cup of tea or coffee while you consider your options.

What customers say

Westbrook Farm Park gets top marks for spotlessly clean facilities, spacious pitches, and a tranquil riverside vibe. Guests rave about the friendly staff, good security, and great play area. Most have a faultless stay, though Wi-Fi can be spotty and shops are a bit of a trek.

Fully-serviced grass tent or trailer tent site

Liked We stayed at this campsite over the May Bank Holiday weekend and had a wonderful time. The park area is fantastic for children, with plenty to keep them entertained.
The toilet and shower facilities were clean and very well maintained, which made a big difference to our stay. We also opted for a late checkout for an extra £5, which was great as it meant we didn’t have to rush on our last day.
It’s a smaller site, which we personally prefer, and there’s a lovely picnic area by the river along with a scenic riverside walk.
We would highly recommend this campsite, the staff were all friendly and welcoming, which really added to the experience.

Disliked Site don’t allow fires so weren’t able to do that in the evening.

Fully-serviced concrete and grass caravan site

Liked Very spacious piches, loved the hedges in between and the fact that there were only 5 pitches to each side

Disliked Town wasnt walkable due to no pavement

Recommend to friends Visit again

From the manager: Thank you we are pleased you enjoyed your stay. We are a countryside campsite nestled in a peacful rurall setting , and while this is somthing many of our guest like, it does mean that the surrounding lanes dont have pavements in the way you might find in more urban areas However we understand that this may not feel suitable for everyone. We value your feedback , it helps provide clear information for future guests . The nearest town is about three miles away and can be reached by using the back lanes , which some guest do enjoy walking for the scenery .. We hope to welcome you again in the future

Fully-serviced concrete and grass caravan site

Liked The site is lovely and peaceful, well kept and the owners are friendly and helpful. All the facilities are clean and well kept. Would highly recommend this site for a peaceful and relaxing holiday.

Disliked The WiFi was a bit patchy but that’s understandable as the site is very rural and it’s not really a complaint, just an observation!
