What customers say
Great, spacious, well-kept spot with friendly staff and big pitches. Visitors loved the clean facilities, dog-friendliness, and scenic setting. Cafe, shop, and fishing lakes are hits. Minor gripes: patchy WiFi, some dated loos. Handy for exploring.

Liked We stayed here early sept in our moho for three nights. Pitch was ok needed my level ramps but other then that good with small hedges and trees between. Toilets and shower etc all very clean only has one mens shower down the far end luckily for us the park seems not busy. Nice view and quiet area apart from odd aeroplane. Not used the lakes but they seem all nice and well kept. We arrived on a Sunday at around 2ish reception was closed but all our details were left in an envelope for us.
Would we return ? yes we would.
Disliked For us the only grumble is in the three days we have not seen anyone from the park.

Liked Didn't like anything
Disliked Very untidy, grass needed cutting, hedges overgrown. Pitches were small very uneven. Rubbish on pitch and dog muck on grass next to pitch
Toilets OK, showers very tired
Fresh water tap had a piece of hosepipe attached which was into the drain, very unhygienic. Definitely not worth the charge

Disliked When we booked we were sold by the onsite shop, coffee shop, well kept looking showers and additional extras it had to offer. We received no prior warning that when we would be arriving a huge chunk of the site had been sold for homes meaning building work. The nicest shower block was then given to the builders to use meaning the others were below parr and expectations. Shop and coffee shop gone. I contacted them before hand to check if we needed a long electric cable and to advise I was pregnant and how far we were from the toilets as I need to visit them often- no response. Everytime I wanted the bathroom it was a five minute plus walk including in the middle of the night which was ideal. Had the other showers not off been given to builders it would have been closer.

Liked Nothing!!
Disliked Reception was unfriendly, shop was empty, toilet block was only cleaned once. The owner said it was adults only but I clearly booked 2 adults 1 child (aged 17) and it did not state adults only when I booked!! The whole site was noisy.
