  • Peaceful well-maintained site 10 minutes’ drive from Skegness beach
  • Lincolnshire Wolds National Landscape 15 minutes’ drive
  • Dog-friendly pitches 10 minutes’ walk from pubs, a shop and station
Can’t choose between a stay in the Lincolnshire countryside or taking time out by the sea? No need to make any difficult decisions if you book in at Grange Farm Campsite. This peaceful, family-friendly site is set on a neatly landscaped plot 10 minutes’ drive from the beach at Skegness, and just 15 minutes from the Lincolnshire Wolds National Landscape. To pinpoint it exactly, the site is on the outskirts of Wainfleet All Saints, a historic market town that was once a busy port on Steeping River; today it has a healthy quota of pubs, cafés and takeaways as well as a convenience store all within 10 minutes’ walk of your pitch. Other local amenities include the railway station – handy if you prefer to travel on public transport – a bike-hire shop and a brewery open for tours and tastings. On site, the facilities extend to two well-equipped toilet and shower units plus a washing-up and food-prep area. Dogs are welcome, but please keep them on leads when at your pitch as there are cows in nearby fields. Whether you're bringing a dog or not, there’s a selection of decent walks in the locality, either along quiet lanes or the banks of the Steeping.

What customers say

A peaceful, well-kept park with roomy sites & clean facilities. Owners are friendly, location's handy for village shops & bus to Skegness. Showers can be limited in busy periods; Wi-Fi & road noise sometimes noted. Good value, many want to return.

Liked Great amout of space and good level pitches. Water close by. Great hot showers. Friendly welcome and given useful information by Chris on arrival. We were able to choose our own pitch and able to upgrade to hard standing on arrival as there had been cancellations.
Close to trainline and bus services for trips into Skegness and the nature reserve. Local amenities including pub and shop if needed. Liked that the site was sectioned into smaller fields. Easy access to wifi but kept cutting out.

Disliked Toilet block not cleaned regularly enough to notice no soap in male side for 2 days. Female toilets not cleaned as someone had left in a state. Elsan disposal point blocked when we checked out so could not empty and waste water area was really difficult to get to with the motorhome, despite a long hose so struggled to empty anything worthwhile.
Some very noisy guests on Saturday night who were shouting well into the night and woke us up a few times.

Powered concrete slab caravan site

Liked Green grass not seen that in a while.
Telephone check in.

Disliked No warden or management on site. Disruptive neighbours (very large group of 6 families and kids celebrating somebody’s birthday) who continued partying well past 02:00 Am.
Dirty toilets, excrement on seat, urine on floor. Hand soap dispenser empty on arrival on Friday, still empty on leaving on Monday. No temperature control on showers. Extractor fan not working, steamed out whole facilities despite opening windows.
No visible sign the facilities were being cleaned all weekend
Elsan point blocked and overflowing, disgusting.
Kitchen wash area. Door encroaches on the associated landing at the top of the stairs; Contravenes building regulations and a serious accident is inevitable until defect is rectified.

Liked We stayed at Grange Farm Campsite from Friday to Monday and honestly couldn’t have asked for a better weekend away as a family.

From the moment we arrived, we had the loveliest welcome from Chris,
He took the time to explain everything we needed to know about the campsite, where everything was, and even told us all about the village and what was around.
It really made us feel comfortable and settled straight away.

The campsite was peaceful and perfect for a family getaway.
We loved being able to switch off, enjoy some quality family time and make some lovely memories together.
Our daughter absolutely loved being away in the caravan and exploring, which made the weekend even more special. 🥰

It’s not often you arrive somewhere and immediately feel so welcomed, but that’s exactly how we felt here. Chris was so helpful and genuinely couldn’t do enough for us.

We had such a wonderful family weekend and will definitely be coming back! We’d 100% recommend Grange Farm Campsite to other families looking for a lovely, friendly and relaxing place to stay.

Thank you for making our first stay so special — we can’t wait to return! ❤️🏕️

Liked What a lovely campsite! We stayed from Friday to Monday and had such a wonderful time.

The owners were absolutely lovely. We were arriving later than the check-in time, but after a quick call with Chris, everything was easily sorted — really appreciated the warm welcome!

The toilets, showers and washing-up area were all lovely and clean. The site itself is peaceful, well maintained and in a great location.

There’s WiFi available on site, and our grass electric pitch was clean, spacious and perfect for us.

10/10 — we will definitely be returning! ⭐️

Local attractions

The Lincolnshire coastline has much to offer, from the pleasure rides and sandy beach at Skegness (10 minutes’ drive) to the rescued seals at the Natureland Seal Sanctuary (15 minutes) or bracing strolls through the dunes at Gibraltar Point National Nature Reserve (20 minutes). If that’s not enough to keep the kids happy, then they probably need a day on the rollercoasters at beachside Fantasy Island amusement park (25 minutes). Other family-friendly attractions include Lincolnshire Wildlife Park (15 minutes), where you can feed the cheerily coloured parrots and get up close to big cats. The speed freaks in your party might prefer watching stock car and banger racing at Skegness Raceway (20 minutes). There are numerous walking options in the gorgeous and undulating Lincolnshire Wolds National Landscape (15 minutes), taking in gentle strolls around pretty market towns packed with antique shops like Louth (40 minutes) and Market Rasen (55 minutes), or following more strenuous routes along the long-distance Lindsey Trail or Viking Way. The region also offers more than 520 miles of cycling tracks – more than enough for even the keenest of bikers.
