What customers say
A top-rated, small, peaceful spot. Guests rave about spotless facilities (hot showers!), the friendly owners, and lovely natural surroundings. Ideal for a relaxing break, though note the odd slope and chemical disposal point might need attention. Great base for exploring.

Liked Such a wonderful little pitch! Quiet but with all the convince. Super clean and cosy shower/toilets. Washing up station and seating area, all facilities well maintained. We’re only there for one night, but if on route again, we’ll stop again! Thank you for a good stay!

Unpowered grass tent or trailer tent site
Liked The location was perfect, out of the town enough for some quiet but still not too far away from the shops. There was an honesty box down the lane and lots of places to wander around. The site itself was small and sweet and although the facilities were simple it had everything we needed, and the toilets and showers were lovely and well kept.
Disliked Only thing I wasn't expecting was a lack of staff around, I called and got an answer on the phone straight away but was expecting some sort of reception when we arrived, however I didn't mind and it made the stay feel very relaxed.

Perfect campsite with amazing sunset.
Unpowered grass tent or trailer tent site
Liked This was our first time camping with our two children (10 and 7) and what a perfect campsite to start their camping holidays with. Small, beautiful and spotless. The sunsets were stunning and bats flitting around over head were amazing to see. Facilities were so clean.
Disliked My own children waking extremely early to dawn chorus and then my embarrassment of them probably waking everyone else!
Oh and if the owner can let us know what the explosions were at 10ish on 31st July we’d much appreciate that as fascinated! (Distant not on the campsite!)
