What customers say
Great spot with a chilled vibe, awesome views, and top facilities, including a buzzy barn bar & cafe. Friendly staff, heaps for kids (farm animals!), and ace for exploring. A few noted wonky pitches/portaloos, but overall a brilliant trip, folks keen to return.

High Peak Treat
Unpowered grass and earth campervan, tent or trailer tent site
Liked Good clear signage from main road. Great location. Excellent communication. Really laidback vibe. Friendly staff and warm welcome. Terrific views. Spotless toilet & shower block. Great location for walks. Handy for local villages and Glossop shops and eateries.
One tip : Good idea to bring cash on Tues/Weds when cafe closed, IF you need to pay any outstanding balance on your booking. There's a cashpoint in Hollingworth 5 minutes away and the Tesco Superstore 10 minutes away.
Disliked Nothing to dislike, genuinely.

Unpowered grass and earth campervan, tent or trailer tent site
Liked Location, no set pitches but still a limit to numbers so we can have a private little section or have a big group together, quality of showers, water point etc.
The cow shed bar was brilliant with lice music fresh hot food and a proper bar. A larger and gin and tonic for under a tenner

What a great weekend!
Unpowered grass and earth campervan, tent or trailer tent site
Liked What a beautiful place! So well managed, the staff went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was perfect. Showing me around and answering any questions I had. Lots to do on the campsite - bar, restaurant, horses, pigs and goats! I stroke lucky to be able to watch an Irish band and the England game all in one night. Local shop & nice little coffee shop nearby and plenty of walks too! Loved it that much I’ve booked again for next month! Really enjoyed the pizza and chips on the first night, and of course the Poretti beer on tap!
Disliked Nothing for me on this occasion!

Liked The animals, how clean the bathroom, showers and pot wash are, the swing ball.
Disliked Not everyone knew not to feed the 'non feeding' animals. Some people stayed up after quiet time.
