Disliked Hard standing not level, and our ramps didn't completely level us. Saw no proprietor at all, but only stayed one night.

Liked Level, fully serviced and spacious pitch. Toilets were clean albeit dated, grounds well maintained. Access to towpath and a pleasant 10/15minute walk to a canalside pub

Disliked Were told toilets would be open 24 hours, but found one locked meaning key for £20 deposit essential Getting a refund meant you could only depart during office hours

Liked Splendid location overlooking the reservoir. Peaceful and quiet when we stayed but can imagine it would be different when all activities offered in full swing. Facilities meticulously clean, showers hot, great cafe on site, excellent coffee

Liked Location, seemed remote but within walking distance of Pennal, which has a good pub and a regular bus service to Aberdyfi, Tywyn, Machynlleth, Fairbourne and Dolgellau. Children had a great time with a slide made from a length of piping and a rope swing

Liked Peaceful site, well located for Cheddar, Wells and surrounding area. Staff very welcoming and helpful. Adjacent to gastropub serving a varied menu of excellent food. Heated facilities spotlessly clean.

Disliked Pitches currently a bit tight for motorhomes but a major refurb is planned for next month(site closed) by new owners

Liked Friendly and helpful owners, great views, peaceful, large pitches. The owners gave us useful information about nearby places, and it's definitely worth visiting Tafarn Sinc for a meal, what a quirky pub! The shower and toilet were clean, if basic. Very good TV signal and mobile signal

Disliked No hand-wash basin in toilet, had to wash hands outside.

Liked A very pleasant and peaceful location, spacious pitches, facilities clean and had spacious showers(but only 3 in ladies). Handy to have cafe and visitor centre on site. Plenty of things for families to do. Easy to walk into Aberdare.

Disliked The rubbish area was overflowing, and no options for recycling. People on the site didn't keep their dogs on leads or were taking them beside the hedge behind units to do their business. Would recommend having a warden there to keep a closer eye on things. Also some clear signs about dogs, there is plenty of lovely open space beside the campsite for exercising them.
