Maybole, Ayrshire, Scotland
Electric hardstanding and grass motorhome pitch
Liked Lovely peaceful setting, pitches were large and the facilities immaculately clean and well maintained. The owners were friendly and helpful offering to give details of local walks etc. Would happily have stayed longer than the 2 nights we booked. Good location if catching a ferry to Arran.
Disliked It was quite a long walk to the facilities block, but it did get my steps totals up!

Newton Stewart, Dumfries and Galloway, Scotland
Fully-serviced hardstanding and grass pitch
Liked Despite being near the main road this is a quiet peaceful site, (we stayed in September). The facilities are clean and fairly modern but in need of some attention in places. Having said that the showers were hot and the bathrooms heated which was quite a luxury. Loved all the wildlife, ducks, geese, swans , zillions of bunnies and a couple of donkeys. The staff in reception were efficient and friendly and we liked it so much we extended our stay.
Disliked Unfortunately the shop/cafe was closed.

Disliked Not being able to get hot water for shower in the morning.
No towels/hand drier for toilets.
No one on site for when there were problems.
Sheep on site looked pretty, but left lots of poo.
No recycling facilities.

Electric hardstanding and grass motorhome pitch
Liked Peaceful site with lovely views and access to coast path. Facilities not the most modern but all spotlessly clean and well equipped. Staff friendly and very helpful. Paid Wi-Fi, but only £1 a day and was given a code for first day. Would definitely return.

Leven, Fife, Scotland
Fully-serviced gravel and hardstanding touring pitch
Liked Facilities clean and fresh, spacious pitch with views out to the sea. Bus stops right outside the site, bought a day rider and went to Dundee for the day saving the hassle of finding somewhere to park there. Owner and the ladies in the cafe very helpful. Loved the honesty box for cakes and other goodies.
