Liked Good location for Bristol and Bath...

Disliked Unclean, shabby toilets. Site in general very unkempt, sadly....

From the manager: Sorry that you feel our site is unkempt. We do advertise that our toilets aren't 5 stars but we work hard to keep them clean.

Liked The setting.....

Disliked Dirty shower blocks, no locks on some doors. Grey water waste not working. Chemical waste not cordoned off. Very uneven ground.

From the manager: Thank you for taking the time to review your stay with us, we welcome all feedback. we are glad you enjoyed our beautiful surroundings bur sorry to see you will not return in the future. We have now fixed all the locks on the toilet doors both male and female. The chemical waste is in a fenced area within the bin compound, the grey waste can be disposed of by the office there is a grid for this. We are sorry about our uneven surface. Many thanks for your feedback from all the team at Riddings Wood.
