Liked Location and site were brilliant. Good size pitch. Friendly staff. Pet friendly.

Disliked Price is a little high for my liking when others offer similar for less but still a great site.

Liked Very good clean site. Lovely good sized pitch. Very good on site honesty shop that is priced well. Well located for day trips with a bus stop at the entrance for convenience. Bev the cleaner was fantastic and a great asset to the holiday park.

Liked Upon arrival the host was fantastic. She greeted us and showed us to our pitch. Very friendly and welcoming. Our pitch was well kept and a great size for our large tent. Later on the owner popped over to see if we was ok and I also saw her helping others who were missing bits for their tents. This was a very nice small site which allowed for everyone to have some space with a nice area in the middle for you to relax at the benches and enjoy the atmosphere. You are close to the A1 and A61 but trust me it’s just like white noise in the background and don’t bother you in the slightest. The facilities as described are basic but functional and I had no issues with them at all. The owner was attentive to them all day ensuring toilets were clean and plenty of paper was available. Chestnut and biscuit were the resident horses and biscuit was always happy to come and say hi. I’ll absolutely loved my time here and I’ll definitely return again.
