Liked Lovely place very clean and tranquil

Disliked No dogs allowed in the bar we had a drink outside we were getting cold as we couldn't go inside we headed back to the motorhome for more drinks I think there missing out on a lot of business as there was nobody sitting inside the pub.

Disliked We have a motorhome and a dog like most people with touring caravans, the fact that the site is quite remote means we can't use the pub as its not dog friendly which is the only reason we will not be going back unless it changes 😟

Liked This is my wife and I favourite place very friendly great for walks nice pub which is now dog friendly 👍short walk into Wooler which has shops puds take aways we will be back and the price is super for what you get 😉

Liked Location was lovely great for walks nice and quiet 10 minutes walk away from the local pub (The Cross Keys) reasonably level pitches facilities were clean we will be delighted to stay again 😀

Disliked Only 2 toilets but it wasn't a problem as we have our own bathroom

Liked Great place toilets and shower were lovely and clean the site was very peaceful you can walk to Acomb in about 15 minutes, when we arrived we pitched up nice and flat then the lady on reception who was very helpful asked if we would like to move to a sunnier pitch which we did 😀
