Disliked Poor state of the site, children running feral around everyone's pitches, sloping pitches, facillities were not clean, bins overflowing, used bbqs stacked up

From the manager: Thank you for taking the time to review your stay with us, we welcome all feedback. We are sorry that you did not enjoy your stay on site and that you have decided not to visit again. Children on site under the age of 16 should be supervised by an adult and remain the responsibility of their parents to supervise them, if we are made aware that children are a problem to other customers we will intervene but nothing was brought to our attention whilst you were staying on site. The facilities are cleaned twice a day during busy times and checked every couple of hours between cleaning, we are not able to spend the whole day in the facilities. The bins are collected twice a week on a Monday and Friday mornings and bins rotated in between times. Unwanted and broken camping equipment should be taken home by customers to dispose of but we are finding these items in or by the bins which we try to manage in a timely manner as the refuge collectors will not take these items.

Liked Great site, very friendly welcome and nice walks for dog.

Liked Everything!! Just a fabulous site and amazing setting. Helen the owner came to see if we had settled in which was really lovely. The site was very clean and well organised.

Liked Great clean facilities, easy to check in and a good map on arrival of the site. Friendly and helpful staff.

Disliked The constant low beeping noise all night (not sure what that was but it was still audible the next morning outside) and the noisy motorbike in the next field.
