Liked Great size pitches, very peaceful and lovely views. I have seem a couple of reviews mention the access road, which while single tracked, is fine and not as long as I was expecting from reading other reviews. Don’t let it put you off, absolutely a fantastic site.

Liked What a well thought out site. To be able to drive in with the caravan onto the pitch and then drive out without any reversing was amazing. Why are all sites not like this. Great location. One of the first sites we have stayed where the actual WiFi works. Very highly recommended.

Liked Been to this site 4 times. Facilities always spotless. Great place to be to explore the western part of the lakes. Very much recommend a trip to ennerdale water.

Liked Lovely site, pub on site was a great bonus. Loved visiting the donkeys and plenty of places to visit nearby.

Disliked The toilet block really let it down. It was too small, very dirty and dated. If they changed the facilities then it would be a perfect site.

Liked Small family site, great pitches, great Audi, clean facilities. Even set walking trails on the site for a lovely stroll, great touch. Ideally placed to local attractions.
