Liked Facilities on the park. The woodland setting and riverside walk were great. The quiet and safe surroundings was great for families.

Disliked Shop didn’t always stick to advertised opening hours.

Liked Plenty to do and shop well stocked. Shop, restaurant and bar reasonably priced. Great size pitch. Showers and toilets clean and regularly maintained. Staff very friendly and helpful.

Disliked Quiet time starting at 11:30pm is too late.

Disliked The assumption is this is a new site and still being set up as there is some way to go to get it right. The toilet and bathroom facilities that are in storage container with heavy doors need attention. Needs to have separate ladies and gents or at least take out the urinals if mixed. One shower raised on blocks significantly reducing head room needs modifying. Only kitchen paper to dry hands not good. No pot washing facilities. Not all services described on offer eg free WiFi. No reception or visit because of Covid-19 took social distancing to the extreme, although number to call displayed and answered on arrival.

Liked Friendly staff who were always keen to ensure that we had everything we needed. Great addition this year of coffee bar and handmade pizzas on Saturdays.

Liked Great location in easy reach of local attractions and amenities. It was the kayaking regatta so great to see what was going on. Toilet and showers were well kept and clean with plenty of them. Being able to stay until 6pm was great and allowed us to make the most of the weekend we had.

Disliked Even though we had a large pitch we were alittle close to our neighbours!

Liked If you want peace and quiet in a great location where you can relax or explore Lazonby site is an excellent choice. The outdoor heated pool was great even in May! The staff were really helpful and friendly.

Disliked Showers and toilets a bit of a trek but all ok.
