Simply put, KwaZulu-Natal's biodiversity’s a spectacular thing to behold. If you're looking for a stay amid an array of birds and beasts then head to Bonamanzi Game Reserve on the outskirts of Hluhluwe, where peaceful rural vibes and site-organised safaris make for some really wild hols.
Here you can expect to settle down in green, grassy and well-maintained surrounds close to savannah, forests and wetlands that teem with wildlife. And, while nature will likely be the main focus of stays at Bonamanzi Game Reserve, this well-equipped site isn't without its creature comforts: an outdoor pool is on hand for cooling off on hot days, as is a restaurant for those who fancy sampling some local grub.
