What customers say

A lovely, tidy site with a pebble beach right there. Toilets & showers are spotless & modern. Staff are friendly & helpful. Red kites are often seen. Beach is pebbly, but views are stunning & close to amenities. Peaceful, family-friendly spot with play areas. No shop on site & can be windy.

What more do you want from a caravan park

Disliked Hardstanding killed a number of our rock pegs. It is very hard and took a lot of elbow grease and strong words to remove the pegs. Not for the faint hearted.

However this was not a deal breaker, we will definitely be coming back

Fully-serviced hardstanding touring pitch (sea view)

Liked We've got back today after the bank holiday and absolutely loved this place. We wanted a weekend to just chill, the kids played on the field, we spent time on the beach while the tide is low there are some sandy parts, watched the sun rising and setting here are so beautiful, I love catching a sun sets/rise! There is a
little park but is a little dated but it's with plenty of open space for games. Our pitch was no.25 and was perfect for us, close to the facilities, sea view, opposit one of the fields so we could see the kids playing. The family and staff who own the farm were all so lovely. Wifi /data isn't good unless you go out or on to the beach front but it didn't bother us, ( it's means the husband can't let the day get away watching his series) There is updates being done for wifi and a play area next year on a leaflet we read. Honestly after a van get away we are ready to get back home but this one I would of stayed, I did look but it was full. We will definitely be back. we have children from 5-13 so the beach at night time with a little fire and marsmellow was a hit with them all.

Fully-serviced hardstanding touring pitch (sea view)

Liked Absolutely brilliant site. So clean and welcoming. The beach is just a short walk, however it is peddled. So harder for younger children. Abit further up the beach to the left of the site is a sandy part and the beach is beautiful. The facilities were spotless. Even the bin area was kept tidy and organised. Always someone about to ask for advice on the area or help with anything.

Disliked Nothing at all.

Local attractions

Outdoors fanatics will find plenty to keep them on their toes hereabouts; Borth (40 minutes’ drive) and New Quay beaches (half an hour) have facilities for all sorts of watersports. However, you don’t even need to leave the park to try out kayaking, windsurfing and paddleboarding from the beach, and there’s a slipway for anyone keen to get out on the waves for a spot of sea fishing for bass, mackerel and lobster. Mountain bikers and walkers can test their fitness on forest trails at Bwlch Nant yr Arian Forest Visitor Centre (35 minutes), and long-distance hikers can follow the Wales Coast Path, which runs alongside the holiday park. Other mountain-biking trails can be tracked down at Brechfa Forest (an hour) or the Hafod Trails Bike Park (50 minutes). You could also sneak a bit of culture into your holiday itinerary, with a visit to the stately John Nash-built mansion at National Trust-owned Llanerchaeron (20 minutes). The National Wool Museum (45 minutes) is another good bet; housed in a converted woollen mill, interactive displays showcase the importance of the former Welsh textile industry, and there’s a shop where you can pick up beautifully crafted Welsh wool blankets and shawls.
