Morfa Farm Caravan Park

A aimé One of the nicest campsites we have stayed at, and we've stayed at a few incredible ones. Facilities were immaculate, location was incredible, and the owners were some of the friendliest people we have met. We only stayed a night, but will be returning for longer. Highly recommend. You'll also be treated to a spectacular display of red kites and other wildlife.

N'a pas aimé No negatives, except that it is located right on the coast of the Irish Sea, so be prepared for a bit of wind if the forecast calls for it as the site is relatively exposed.

A aimé The owners and staff were friendly and helpful.
The shower and toilet block could not be faulted.
The kids loved being able to collect pebbles on the shore.
Great location for going into towns north and south of the site.
Very easy pitches to manoeuvre into, I’m a novice caravan owner and we have a long caravan !

N'a pas aimé I thought the beach may have had a bit of sand for the kids to play on like in the photos, but it was just pebbles. Did not in anyway affect our enjoyment staying though.

A aimé On arrival at the park we were met at reception by a charming lady who showed us where our pitch was, and as agreed we had a fabulous sea view. We were warmly greet by Shane. He showed us the shower blocks which were immaculate and advised he was there to help if we needed anything. The site was very close to the beach and everything was just as expected. On the last day of our stay we had an issue with our van and Shane was on hand to help, he was an absolute star.

A aimé Super friendly staff and people on site, very accommodating to young family. Really clean and enjoyable stay!

A aimé Toilets and showers are excellent although a shelf for your shower gel would be handy in the shower, picking it off the floor is a pain at my age.
Bins and fresh water tap really handy too.
There was a pizza van on site too when we were there which was great.
Great location of the non electric spot we had, right next to the beach and river.
Staff are really helpful and friendly.

N'a pas aimé Not a big issue but you are not allocated a designated pitch when you book for a non electric campervan through Pitchup, if you go out for the day your spot can been taken by someone else and you have to find a new spot.
Could be problem in the busy season but it was quiet when we were there so not an issue finding another good spot.

Good access to Welsh coast path for walking.

Having to pay for dog.
Noisy neighbours.

A aimé Greeting on arrival clear and concise instructions as to facilities and were to pitch, lovely walk down to the stony beach really quiet at the time we were there,hope to call back again soon absolutely brilliant shower block spotless,also great to watch Red kites circling the site

A aimé What was not to like! As soon as we arrived we were made to feel welcome,. The place was immaculate, toilets and shower block very clean- will definitely be back soon. Beach a small walking distance and fantastic view
