What customers say
Rosetta Holiday Park is a lovely, spacious site in mature parkland, known for its peaceful vibe and being close to Peebles. Guests loved the roomy pitches, clean facilities, and friendly staff. It's great for dog walks. A few thought the facilities a bit old and pricey, but most enjoyed the calm setting and handy location.

Liked Nice quiet site with good walks nearby. Easy walk into Peebles. Lovely place to visit for a couple of days.
Staff friendly and I liked that you could pick your pitch. Site was clean and tidy.
Disliked Bathrooms are in need of an update but fully functional

Scenic parkland setting in a convenient location
Electric grass motorhome pitch
Liked Lovely picturesque site in green park land with beautiful mature trees. Very friendly and helpful welcome. Big pitches with lots of choice (it was quite empty when we came). Short walk into town with loads of amenities.
Others have disliked the toilet and shower blocks. Yes they could be more modern - but what would you prefer, stylish blocks which are draughty and maybe have those annoying push button showers or fluctuating temperature, or older blocks which are warm, clean, work well and have great consistent shower temperature….. there’s seriously no reason to complain about these and we’ve had a lot worse. They didn’t detract from our stay.
Disliked Nothing.

Lovely site well positioned dated facilities
Electric grass motorhome pitch
Liked We had a lovely stay beautiful surroundings within walking distance of Peebles centre and walks only 50 mins from Edinburgh and just down the road to Glentress for Mountain biking. We were told that new owners are taking over really hope will still take touring caravans as we will one again especially if upgraded
Disliked Facilities are very dated but clean, parts of the site are unused could do with more bins around site price of pitch didn't reflect amenities also pitch sizes not big enough we would have struggled if neighbouring pitch was taken

Beautiful site in super location, good facilities and helpful staff.
Electric grass motorhome pitch
Liked Very picturesque site, quiet when we visited. Helpful explanation from warden on arrival. Lots of pitches to choose from, some sloping but manageable. We were travelling with a caravan and porch awning. The surrounding area is beautiful, a short walk to supermarkets and to the center of Peebles for shops and restaurants. We will definitely be visiting again next year.

Good site. Good facilities. Too many pitches if all booked up.
Electric grass motorhome pitch
Liked Size of park and general settings
When we visited it was quiet with plenty of choice of pitches.
Disliked Looking at the 76 pitches, if they are all taken in the busy season the site would be a complete nightmare.
The pitches are VERY tight and close together so much so there’s no space for caravan, awning and car. !!

Liked My favourite park of a two week break stayed here 4 nights what a lovely peaceful place to spend time the facilities were ok a bit dated but did the job also amazingly close to town (5 mins walk) plenty of eateries and pubs in town can recommend Francos Italian! The two guys running the site were very friendly and helpful.

Liked Absolutely everything.
Staff were present, friendly and welcoming. Clearly take pride in the site.
Facilities were clean and well maintained.
Location is walking distance into the wonderful town of Peebles.
Pitches were well spaced out and site was quiet.
Really nice space to walk around in with the dogs.
Disliked Pitches were a bit challenging to get level on. Make sure you have levelling blocks with you!
A lot of EHU were out of order. Only a tiny shame as some of them were in prime spots that we would have loved to pitch up in!
