Liked: Just returned from a 6 night break at Dapplewood Camp site and would highly recommend it.Met by our host on arrival who was extremely helpful and approachable. Pitch sizes will suit everyone, even an American RV “bus” had its happy pitch. On site dog walking through the woods great treat for our spoilt pooch, but watch out for the Pheasant and other wildlife. Quite, clean and ideal base to explore the local area, hope to return soon , many thanks for an unforgettable holiday
Disliked: Nothing to dislike about Dapplewood.

Liked: We loved our stay here. We loved being next to the woods hearing all the animals nearby. Very peaceful and quiet and even better that it's only 20mins from home, but we felt like we were away from our busy lives. We had an issue with water one morning due to the cold and Bridgette helped us out without question! Will definitely come back soon!

Disliked: Bins could have done with being emptied.

From the manager: Hi Scott, thank you for the lovely review. Hopefully we can welcome you back soon! When everyone checks out on Sunday morning we get everyone's bin contents left withing an hour or so, so if you are the last to check out you may well find the bins look full when leaving yours there. We always do a bin empty after eleven ready for all of our new arrivals.

Liked: We spent the first night in our first motorhome at Dapplewood (unfortunately cut short due to an emergency at home) but....we definitely want to go back soon! Bridgette was amazing, came to greet us and our 4 legged friends on arrival and made us feel so welcome! The park was so lovely, peaceful, and the pitches weren't cramped in....just 5 slots but this was perfect for us...and the dogs enjoyed the wooded walk....can't wait for warmer weather and to go back! 5*

Liked: Quiet and peaceful, Bridgette made us feel very welcome, easy communication of anything needed. Easy walk to the village, had a drink, food looked amazing although we did not eat there. Our stay was very wet so will be back to enjoy the local countryside and this site in drier weather
Disliked: Nothing
