What customers say
Grand spot, a stroll from Swanage with lovely views. Staff get the thumbs up for being sound. Showers and loos are a mixed bag – some say they're grand, others say they're a bit old or could do with a clean. A bit of noise from other campers now and then. Big plans for a new clubhouse and pool are in the pipeline.

Electric grass pitch
Liked Loved the views from Seaview.!
Disliked The showers/toilets need updating, one wasn’t draining, one was cold all the time. If they spent any money over this season then the showers would be a great place to start, just check if people are in there if you are waiting as some people don’t seem to move the vacant to not vacant sign on the doors!

Liked Location was perfect. 20min walk into Swanage. Had a lovely stay, the manager/owner very friendly and welcoming.
Disliked Toilets not the best, didn’t seem they were cleaned while there. Bit run down and no hand dryers.

More like a Travellers site than camp site
Fully-serviced hardstanding and grass touring pitch
Liked Close to Swanage easy access route. Pitch was ok quite level.
Disliked What could be a very nice site is in fact like trying sleeping on the M5. People turning up as late as 22.30hrs and pitching a tent, to the constant traffic of people coming to and frow late into the night, the speed limit as most sites is 5 mph how ever most people read this as a lot higher. The toilets were clean on one day of the 3 the cleaner told us she was on her own hence the other 2 days they were filthy. The site advertised shop on site, clearly been closed for some time(photos). The Elsan nearest to us was next to the food outlet!! Well dirty old caravan. The next Elsan point was too far to carry to, and that was all we could find for approximately 100 users!! They were both in a poor dirty condition. One point we think was the owner who spent most of his time driving up and down the dusty road in his black Range Rover on the phone hopefully he was security!! Not! More like a Traveler's site than camp site, then we were handed a flyer at 18.00 stating that there will be a DJ session starting at 20.00hrs oh Great boom boom boom until 22.30 ish.All this for £46.00 per night feel ripped off.
