Liked Spacious pitches.
Toilet block we used was clean and looked new.
Serviced pitch facilities worked well.
Close to Swanage and local facilities.
Disliked Site looks unkempt. Appreciate it's been hot weather and grass is brown but no mowing/weeding or tidying of pitches and site seems to have happened.
Clearly a site with lots of seasonal pitches which is fine but there doesn't seem to be any controls on tidiness so site looks unkempt which is off putting.
Elsan point a long way from visitors spaces and not hygienic, no hose to flush things properly obviously not cleaned regularly.
The building site area is off putting and untidy.

Liked The showers were lovely , your own locked cubical with shower , toilet, sink and shower in. The pitch was spacious with electric hookup.
Lots of lovely people on the campsite, where they come back time and time again.
Disliked The shop wasn't open for the two days that we were there. Friday / Sat night.

Liked The location, really good for Knoll beach national trust car park, so easy access to the beach.
The service pitch was good and we were not far for emptying our toilet.the shower/toilet were as clean as the last person left it.
We will definitely return.
Disliked Wife found the showers a bit grubby, I guess fussy people might. The pitched needed a bit of weed killers maybe, but again that was the wife, didn’t really bother me.

Liked Liked it very much! Had a lovely time staying here clean toilets an showers also very friendly and helpful staff i watched the england vs Mexico game in the tent not far from my tent had the best time laughing with the staff an too top it off we won! Would deffo recommend this place ill definitely be back!

Electric hook up and water tap close by.
Disliked Pitches seemed quite small to us and although initially this was ok , once it began to fill up it all felt very overcrowded. For the number of people we thought the toilet and , washing facilities not at all sufficient ( didn’t find the washing up facilities!) leading to queues at times - unfortunately we had some noisy and neighbours next to us playing loud music and we felt being quite inconsiderate to other campers and had to be asked to be quiet at 11.30pm . What we remembered as a lovely campsite many years ago now felt dominated by caravans and motor homes and rather drab glamping areas. That may be ok for many but Sadly not for us and so would not go back again.
