Walking the South West Coast Path? You’ll be made very welcome at Worswell Barton Farm, a small camping pod site on a Devon farm just off the coast path near Noss Mayo. Not walking the coast path (or perhaps only a little bit)? You’re just as welcome to stay here, to enjoy the fresh sea air and the splendid sunsets that often grace these skies – the pods have all been set up to face west and have outdoor seating, so you’ll be in prime position. This is an adults-only site, so you won’t be able to bring the kids, but dogs are permitted. You’ll be staying in cosy wooden pods, each of which has comfy beds and tea/coffee-making facilities, and with bed linen and towels provided to help keep your packing list nice and short. Shared facilities include a shower and toilets, and a micro-shop stocked with basic food supplies to help guests cook evening meals and prep packed lunches for their walks. To do all that, head to the farm’s function room, which has a kitchen with a fridge, hob, microwave, toaster and air fryer. There’s also dining space here, along with table tennis for those who’ve still got some energy, and a sofa, books and board games for those that don’t. A walk along the coast path is a must while you’re here, of course – but you might like to save some energy for the walk to one of three pubs within a half-hour walk. Other outings might take you to Plymouth or Bigbury-on-Sea, although you could also stay local to try out the local beach, Cellar beach, which only appears at low tide.

  • The site does not accept breeds/crossbreeds listed in the Dangerous Dogs Act (i.e. XL Bully, Pit Bull Terrier, Japanese Tosa, Dogo Argentino, and Fila Brasileiro).
  • Guests under the age of 18 are not allowed on site.
  • No cars/motorbikes by the pitch/unit. All cars must be parked in the designated area.
  • Guests are advised to bring a good quality torch with them as parts of the site are unlit.
  • No naked flames are allowed inside the hired accommodation units.
  • Please note that the toilet/shower facilities are unisex.
  • No gas barbecues allowed.
  • No charcoal barbecues allowed.
  • No electric barbecues allowed.
  • There is no reception on-site: on arrival please contact the number provided on your booking confirmation.
  • Fires, barbecues and/or firepits will not be permitted in dry, windy and/or hot weather conditions.
  • Close proximity to crop fields means that barbecues are not allowed and there is a strict no-smoking policy in place.

Liked A stunning couple of nights at Worswell Barton Farm.
Perfect location to explore the stunning area and enjoy the South West Coast Path.
The pod was very clean and comfortable with an additional communal area with everything you could possibly ask for. Made to feel very welcome at all times, looking forward to returning very soon.

Liked Very peaceful and quiet. Lovely scenery, if you like walking there are plenty of routes to take and there’s a quiet beach nearby (tide depending!) The hosts were lovely. You don’t need to bring much stuff as lots of things are provided and it is excellent value.

Liked Friendly greeting, very clean and modern facilities, great views, very secluded. Kitchen is incredibly well equipped and spotless. Easy and short walk into town with great pubs and amazing coast path very close.

Liked Fantastic friendly hosts who are very welcoming and on hand to offer any advice and tips. The cabin was very clean and tidy offering tea and coffee facilities. Warm and comfortable beds and adequate seating to enjoy the outside. The best sleep I’ve had in a while and was beautiful to wake up with the views. This was a last minute booking but already recommended 2 friends and myself and partner are hoping to be back in July ourselves.

Liked EVERYTHING!
The hosts were super friendly and very welcoming.
The accommodation and hub was even better than expected.
The pod was really clean and had all I needed inside and outside and there was plenty of room for me and the dog too.
The site was so quiet and peaceful and the views are just Bliss.
Watching the sunsets from the garden swing was the cherry on top.
Beautiful coastal walks and Cellar beach only 5min walk from the accommodation and also a short walk to Noss Mayo which is just absolutely stunning with some lovely pubs and boat trips too.
This was the perfect stay for me and my dog and we will definitely be visiting again very soon.
Phil and Jane go above and beyond for all their customers including our pooches and I really appreciate everything they have provided for both of us during our stay here.

Liked How rural it was, everything was thought of and they were really friendly hosts. I stayed up to watch the tawny and barn owls on the farm!
